To produce customized solutions for customer needs, we begin the product development process with design. Our experienced design team evaluates the product's functional requirements, suitability for manufacturing techniques, and aesthetic expectations together, creating detailed 3D models in a CAD environment. The designs are addressed with a comprehensive engineering approach focusing on both manufacturability and cost optimization.

We Offer 3D Samples
The designed product is prototyped on 3D printers using rapid prototyping technologies based on demand. This allows the customer to physically review the product in advance and conduct functional tests. This stage is a critical feedback process in terms of final product accuracy, assembly compatibility, and ergonomic evaluations. After customer approval, the process moves to the next stage.

We Perform Mold Design
Based on the approved product design, the injection mold is designed. Engineering solutions that extend mold life, accelerate production cycles, and facilitate maintenance are integrated at this stage. In our mold designs, all details such as cooling channels, runner systems, and part ejection solutions are optimized using advanced CAD/CAM software.

We Provide Mold Production
The completed mold design is manufactured in-house using high-precision CNC, EDM, and grinding technologies. Quality control processes are meticulously carried out regarding material selection, surface quality, and tolerance accuracy. At the end of mold production, conformity to part dimensions and mold movement tests are conducted.

We Perform Plastic Injection Molding
The produced molds are trial-produced on plastic injection machines at our group company, Plus Plastik. At this stage, the first sample taken is examined in terms of mold compatibility, surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and functionality. Revisions are made if necessary, and then all preparations are completed for the transition to mass production.
